The queen room with a king bed was great. Convenient and quiet location near the business center. The staff was very helpful and greeted us warmly. Facilities like a safe box, TV set, and microwave oven were available.

Wish there was easier walking to local non fast food restaurants

The breakfast was free, the check in was easy. The staff was excellent plus the location was comfy and ideal. The lunch in Pizza Hut right next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cheney are modern and well-maintained. They have comfortable king beds. The hotel is conveniently located close to Cheney. Plus, you can enjoy the convenience of having a Pizza Hut right at the hotel – definitely try their food while staying here.

The tv guide in the room, out in the open, was inappropriate for my kids to see.

We booked a queen room with a sofa and 2 TVs and a very comfortable bed for 1 night, and the staff were really helpful in meeting all our needs.

The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfasts were satisfactory. The room had a nice bed, a couch, and storage space. The hotel is in a comfy and ideal location. It was great to find Pizza Hut nearby with nice food.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our accommodations. Breakfast above par. Spacious eating area for breakfast. Nice to have an elevator to get to 2nd & 3rd floors. Clean hotel.

Shower had a high pitched noise. Very annoying.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely amazing, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean interiors. I was pleasantly surprised by the location, as it was conveniently close to stores and restaurants right across the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. We had the option of a plated hot breakfast, and we were able to customize our order with a wide variety of choices. Although the pool was closed during our visit, the hotel made up for it by providing us with complimentary reusable water bottles. our requests were met without any issues, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the comfortable beds to the AMAZING bathroom mirror, everything was beyond perfect.

Everything except for the bed. The choices for breakfast were great as well. Most places offer Danish and the like. However, Holiday Inn Express offered balanced nutritional choices! The coffee was good too. We're coffee critics and yours was better than good. Excellent to be exact! Thank you for attention to detail.

Wasn't quite right for us. Needed to be firmer. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!
